REDUCE IT COSTS

This service will be performed by Infrastructure consultant. Project Management consultant and other technical consultants as needed.

The steps to achieve IT Cost Reduction are as follows :-

 - Review the existing projects (mainly the ones which are in progress), list of infrastructure components and their capacity utilization, software applications currently under use, purchase & maintenance contracts with existing vendors etc
- Discuss with top management and understand the business strategy
- Map out the current state of IT automation and identify mis-alignments between strategy and reality.
- Present recommendations to top management to close the "gap" and develop finite action plan.
